Each opportunity was assessed using rental demand analysis, yield and cashflow modelling, area research and risk assessment, with evidence packs provided for every recommendation. This allowed the client to blend off-plan acquisitions with existing tenanted assets and spread exposure across locations and property types.
Once opportunities were agreed, TITLE managed the full journey from reservation to completion, including developer liaison, solicitor coordination, snagging, furniture installation and utilities setup.
Following completion, TITLE moved into lettings and portfolio management, creating a single, joined-up relationship.
